Get Ready for Fall!
Do boots put a smile on your face the way they do mine? This display at Lord & Taylor is simply bliss! Most of these boots are classic and would be a welcome addition in anyone’s closet!
Today I wanted to try to pick out a few trends I have been noticing. Just walking through the shoe department at Lord & Taylor, I was able to pick out a handful of footwear that deserved some recognition.
This first pair of booties were hard to miss….. the gold heel was gleaming on that table!

Meet the perfect shoe…. These might be a tad bit high, but I absolutely love a simple wedge like these! Since I am on the shorter side, I always prefer a little lift! It can be hard to find a simple shoe that works with almost anything and still gives me the heel height I like. I also like the treads on the bottom! Lucky for me, I have seen more options like these shoes around – so there are more options to pick from!
Trend Alert! Oxfords are the “it” transitional shoe! You know how you just might not be ready for boots but you have to put the open toe shoes away? Well, meet your new best friend! Oxfords can be flat or higher heeled! They come edgy with studs or just clean and classic! You will be amazed at how truly versatile these shoes are!
Ankle straps thin or wide are having a major moment this Fall…. I like the lower heel height on these!

There really wasn’t much not to like!
